Are you constantly looking for ways to add more fruits and vegetables to your family’s diet? If so, these carrot juice recipes can help.

Carrot juice is a great source of vitamins A, C, and K, but that’s not all. According to Healthline, there are many other potential benefits of carrot juice, including:

  • It can boost immunity and eyesight.
  • It can potentially improve skin, hair, liver, and heart health.
  • It may have anti-cancer properties.
  • It can help you manage your blood sugar.

With all that in mind, here are some delicious carrot juice recipes to tickle your tastebuds!

1. Tropical Carrot Juice

Let’s get this party started with one of my favorite carrot juice recipes.

It combines brilliant orange carrot juice with the sweetness of mangoes and pineapples.

It’s a quick, five-ingredient recipe that even a child could whip up. Toss your three main ingredients into the blender.

Then, add water and a bit of freshly grated ginger.

It takes 5 minutes, and there’s no juicer required.

*Note: It’s a little thick as is. So you may want to add extra water or strain the mixture. Either one will give you a smoother, more juice-like consistency.

2. Apple, Carrot, and Ginger Juice

Do you prefer the tart sweetness of apples to the tropical taste of mangoes and pineapples?

If so, apple, carrot, and ginger juice might be your better option.

It’s light, bright, sweet, and tangy. Plus, the ginger gives it just a bit of spicy zing, as well.

(If you’d rather have a cool, crisp juice, you can omit the ginger.)

As with tropical carrot juice (and many others here), it’s a little thick at first.

Add more water to get it to the consistency you desire. Additionally, you can use a nut milk bag for straining.

*Note: These methods work for thinning any of the juices on this list. I won’t mention it again. Still, remember them if some of these recipes are too thick for your tastes.

Furthermore, buying an actual juicer can also help remedy this problem.

3. Orange, Carrot, and Ginger Juice

Carrots are already an excellent source of vitamin C.

However, when you combine them with orange juice, the vitamin C content is through the roof!

This immune-boosting juice uses three simple ingredients: carrots, oranges, and ginger.

It takes just 10 minutes to make in either a blender or juicer.

This recipe uses seven oranges, so it tastes mostly like orange juice.

The carrots and ginger just give it a little extra oomph to start your day.

It tastes best ice cold, so you might want to make it the night before.

4. Apple Carrot Beet Ginger Juice

This gorgeous red juice is gluten-free, vegan, and ready in 10 minutes.

It combines some seemingly strange ingredients but tastes quite good, nonetheless.

You mix beets, carrots, apples, ginger, and apple juice to make it. It has a warm, spiced apple flavor, perfect for fall.

Thanks to the beets, it’s not overly sweet, either. It’s a great choice if you can’t handle a lot of sugary sweetness in the mornings.

5. Apple Carrot Celery and Kale Juice

This green drink isn’t the prettiest on the list. Even so, I’m quite fond of it, and not just because it tastes great. (It does, though!)

I enjoy its green, frothy appearance. It looks nutritious and a little spooky all at once. And hey, that’s my kind of drink!

Furthermore, despite its color, it doesn’t taste ‘green.’

Instead, it tastes like carrot apple juice with a fair amount of salt thrown in.

If you enjoy sweet-n-salty drink options, you’ll like this one.

6. Carrot Ginger Juice

This is good, old-fashioned carrot juice with a dash of ginger.

If you want your carrot juice to taste like carrot juice, this is the recipe you want.

It’s crisp and refreshing, with a kick of spicy zing. You can add some lemon juice if you want, but I find it unnecessary.

I prefer sticking to the 2-ingredient, 5-minute recipe.

7. Refreshing Tomato Carrot Juice

Looking for something a bit more like V-8? Check out this recipe for tomato carrot juice.

It’s a slightly thicker, bubblier version of V-8. Only, there’s a spritz of grapefruit added for taste.

It has a robust, fresh tomato and carrot flavor. The orange juice lightens it and packs another wallop of vitamin C.

The grapefruit isn’t all that pronounced, but it does give it a little extra something.

You might not even notice it at first, but you’d miss it if it weren’t there.

8. Jamaican Carrot Juice

This cold, creamy drink seems too sweet and decadent to be healthy.

Fortunately, just because it doesn’t seem healthy doesn’t mean it isn’t.

It’s a thick, sweet juice combining carrots, water, and condensed milk.

You also add ginger, vanilla extract, and nutmeg for an even more indulgent treat.

I like to start my day with one of these pretty often. However, it also makes a phenomenal cocktail if you want to add a bit of rum.

9. Carrot Pineapple Juice

Here’s another bright, tropical carrot juice recipe. Instead of mangoes, though, this one substitutes lime.

With the pineapples and ginger, it almost has a ginger pineapple cooler taste.

The carrots help mellow that out somewhat. Still, it’s a delicious drink that’s very cocktail-esque.

This recipe calls for some sugar to sweeten the overall flavor. Be sure you taste it first, as adding too much will ruin the drink.

Sometimes, I don’t add any sugar at all.

10. Carrot Cucumber and Apple Juice

This yummy juice tastes like fresh veggies with a splash of apple juice.

At first, that may seem like an odd combination, but trust me. It works.

It’s a vibrant, robust drink that’s as refreshing as it is comforting. It takes about 15 minutes to make and requires some peeling.

Fortunately, it’s still quicker and easier to make than most breakfast options.

I sometimes like to spritz a bit of lemon into mine. It makes a delightful breakfast or brunch drink.

It wouldn’t be bad as a mid-day pick-me-up, either.
