1. Bang Bang Tofu
This is a healthier, vegan-friendly spin on the well-known Chinese deep-fried sweet & spicy Bang Bang Chicken. This Bang Bang Tofu by Tara Weir can be made in the oven or air fryer.

It contains 3 different kinds of vegan mock meats to closely mimic traditional jambalaya. This recipe also has beans, mushrooms, and baby corn to pack in some veggies.
7. Maple Chipotle Candied Walnuts
These are more than a delicious sweet snack. Use these raw, maple-candied walnuts on a variety of desserts. These Maple Chipotle Candied Walnuts by Rouxbe pair perfectly with slow-roasted beets and cashew cream cheese.
8. Loaded Breakfast Casserole

This White Jackfruit Chili by Six Vegan Sisters uses jackfruit in place of chicken. If you’ve never had jackfruit before, it’s a fruit that has a meatlike texture and is great for vegan cooking. The resulting chili is hearty and delicious. We love serving it with tortilla chips!
