9. Chocolate Fondue
Source: Chocolate Fondue
One of the few things I inherited from my grandma was her fondue set. Every time I pull it out I imagine the types of parties she and my grandpa hosted for their friends back in the 1960s and 1970s. The best type of fondue pot for chocolate is a smaller pot set over a tealight candle. Even with a small flame, you’ll want to stir the chocolate sauce frequently to prevent it from getting too hot. Serve with a variety of sweet, salty, and crunchy dippers for the ultimate chocolate lovers’ dessert. If you’d like to scale this Chocolate Fondue by Vegan Boards by Kate Kasbee up or down, estimate about 1/4 cup (60 ml) vegan chocolate sauce and 20 to 25 dippers per person.
