Streamline your mornings with these fantastic and easy breakfast wraps!

My mornings are crazy, so breakfast is the last thing I want to think about.

I mean, waking up is hard enough! That’s where these wraps come in.

These breakfast wraps are delicious, (mostly) nutritious, kid-friendly, and busy-schedule-approved.

With this list, you won’t have to think too hard about what to make.

This roundup has everything from traditional burritos to fancy-schmancy smoked salmon wraps.

Hello, versatility! There will be no more boring breakfasts in your house.

Here are 15 of my favorite, easy breakfast wrap recipes. Enjoy!

1. Breakfast Burritos

If you’re looking for a classic, utterly delicious breakfast item, this is it.

Sausage, eggs, cheese, salsa, you really can’t get much better or more classic.

This recipe is great because you can prepare everything ahead of time.

You can easily make the burritos the night before or even weeks ahead. You just have to freeze them.

Make the salsa at night and let it rest in the fridge. This lets the flavors mix and mingle, and get so much tastier.

(Psst! You can also use store-bought salsa, though you didn’t hear it from me.)

2. Mexican Breakfast Tacos

I’m of the opinion that most things taste better with a Tex-Mex twist.

So, these Mexican breakfast tacos are right up my alley. I think you will love them, too.

They feature crispy seasoned potatoes, hearty bacon, and eggs wrapped in a tortilla.

You can substitute any of these things for your preferred variety.

Then, there are the toppings. You can add whatever you like.

However, I recommend going to Tex-Mex with guacamole, pico de gallo, and queso fresco.

3. Copycat Starbucks Spinach and Feta Breakfast Wraps

We all know Starbucks does coffee really well. But their food is also pretty fantastic.

However, their popularity comes with a pretty price tag

So, if you’re feeling the need to tighten your financial belts, I have your back.

I think this copycat recipe tastes even better because of the work you put in.

Don’t worry, it’s not too much work. I did promise easy recipes.

Each bite is filled with goodness.

It has spinach, tangy feta cheese, flavorful sun-dried tomatoes, and protein-filled egg whites. It’s filling AND low-carb. #winning

4. Vegetarian Breakfast Burritos

Whether you’re vegetarian or you simply want to eat less meat, these are for you!

Each burrito is ridiculously flavorful and loaded with nutrition.

Beans, eggs, and cheese add lots of protein, plus some great fiber.

Hash browns add tons of flavor and a surprising amount of nutrition (seriously, Google it). They also have salsa!

5. Peanut Butter Banana Wrap Recipe (Healthy, Vegan, Dairy-Free)

This easy recipe makes a delicious breakfast or snack.

Simply add peanut butter, peanuts, cinnamon, sesame seeds, and a whole banana to a tortilla. Wrap it up and go!

Can’t have peanuts? No worries. You can use any combo of nuts and nut butter you like!

6. Copycat Sonic’s Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito

If you want a hearty, chunky, cheesy, meaty burrito for breakfast, no problem. This copycat recipe is it!

Mind you, this is not exactly healthy, but everything is good in moderation.

And boy, this is good!

These burritos are LOADED with tasty stuff.

There’s bacon, sausage, eggs, and tater tots! Plus, it is drenched in a gooey cheese sauce that’s seriously yummy.

7. Breakfast Quesadillas (Only Five Ingredients)

Let’s take a burrito break and make some quesadillas. Your whole family will love these.

To start, they’re super simple. They’re made with eggs and cheese in a crispy tortilla.

While that’s good enough in my book, these can be made however you like.

Add your favorite meat(s), beans, or veggies, plus seasonings!

Serve them with salsa, sour cream, guacamole, or any sauce that sounds delicious to you.

8. Healthy Sweet Potato, Black Bean, and Avocado Breakfast Burritos

On busy mornings, it’s so easy to turn to quick foods that are hardly nutritious. That’s why it’s great to have this burrito recipe on hand.

Not only will these fill you up, but they will make your body feel good. Like, you will feel energized at the cellular level.

They’re a little sweet, a little salty, and bursting with umami.

These are vegetarian Tex-Mex at its finest. You won’t even miss the meat.

9. Camping Breakfast Burritos

For me, camping is synonymous with kayaking/canoeing, hiking, biking, and basically all the outdoor activities.

And that means that you need a good breakfast to start your day.

But we all know that cooking food over the fire requires a bit more preparedness.

I’ve found that pre-made, homemade burritos are the best solution.

Each tortilla is filled with potatoes, eggs, bacon, cheese, and green onions. They’re simple and so tasty.

You make these at home, wrap them up, and warm them over the fire.

The result is a warm, delicious, and filling breakfast that will energize your adventures.

10. Bacon and Egg Breakfast Tacos

Bacon, scrambled eggs, potatoes, jalapeños, cheese, how good does that sound?

Simply layer the ingredients in a tortilla of your choice and add your favorite toppings.

11. Sweet Potato and Turkey Chorizo Breakfast Burritos

Are you a fan of serious flavor? Like a powerful punch of yumminess to your taste buds kind of flavor?

Then, you’re in the right place, looking at the right breakfast burrito recipe.

It’s packed with eggs, spicy chorizo, smoky-seasoned roasted sweet potatoes, and skillet-sauteed peppers and onions. It’s delicious.

I’d say this is probably my favorite savory burrito on this list. It’s not just breakfast, it’s an experience.

Oh, and these are actually really healthy, too!

12. Crockpot Sausage Breakfast Burritos

While all of these recipes are easy, they do require a little bit of prep. And you’ll use several dishes. That is until you try this recipe.

You’ll significantly decrease the dishes you use, with almost no active cooking time.

Except for browning the sausage and the final assembly, it’s a dump meal.

Everything goes in the Crockpot overnight, and breakfast is ready in the morning!

And it has everything you want in a breakfast burrito.

13. Nutella Banana Cheesecake Chimichangas

If you have a bit of a sweet tooth, you’ll love these!

Each chimichanga is indulgent, ooey-gooey, and basically dessert. They’re fabulous.

And they’re so easy to make (though they do require a bit of extra time).

Simply mix mashed banana, cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and slivered almonds.

That stuff is delicious on its own, but it gets better!

You add the banana mixture to a tortilla slathered with Nutella.

Then, you wrap it up and pan-fry it until golden. It’s absolutely scrumptious.

14. Stuffed French Toast Wraps with Yogurt and Berries

If you’ve never had French toast-style tortillas, you’re probably not the only one.

However, you and everyone you know need to try them. They’re insanely good.

But they’re even more delicious when you stuff them.

This recipe calls for sweetened creamy yogurt, homemade jam, and fresh fruit. I could eat these every single day.

Luckily for us, these are fairly healthy, so having one every day is practically guilt-free!

15. Easy Smoked Salmon Breakfast Wrap

This breakfast wrap is like bagels and lox on a diet. But I promise that this is just as delicious.

It’s an awesome recipe for people that don’t like bagels (is that even a thing?).

And it’s just as filling.

Maybe even more, given that this contains eggs while the classic NYC breakfast typically doesn’t. Either way, it’s delicious.

This recipe features spinach, tomatoes, and smoked salmon wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.

But it’s the little things that make this meal shine.

Little things like a swipe of your favorite cream cheese, salty capers, and fresh scallions. I’m drooling.

Add a little Everything But the Bagel seasoning to make this recipe even better.
