02/7​​Methi paratha Recipe​

Ingredients 8 Tbsp wheat flour medium1 tsp salt1 tsp red chilli powder1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)1/2 tsp green chillies chopped2 tbsp kasuri methi1 tsp ghee/oil2 cup roasted beans

03/7​​Method​

Put some wheat flour in a bowl. Mix each ingredient into the bowl one at a time. Mix all the ingredients together and then add the ghee. To create a smooth dough, gradually add water and thoroughly knead the mixture. For 15 to 20 minutes, relax. Make small- to medium-sized chunks of the dough. Flatten a little or medium amount of the dough to resemble a chapati. Place the paratha on a heated tawa. Methi paratha should be cooked over medium heat. Put a generous amount of ghee on each side and continue to cook the parantha from both sides. Using the remaining bits of dough, keep forming parathas. The hot paranthas can be served with Achhar or any other side dish of your choosing.

04/7​​Egg Chaat Recipe​

Ingredients

3 boiled eggs
1 tsp tomato chili sauce
1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
1 spring onion, chopped
3 tsp tamarind extract
1 green chilly
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp roasted cumin
Salt to taste
2-3 Tbsp boondireadmore

Mix tomato sauce, tomato chilli sauce, tamarind extract, lemon juice, roasted cumin, green chilli and salt in a bowl. Split the boiled egg in half, then cover it with the chutney on a dish. Top the eggs with chopped spring onions, garam masala, and boondi. The Egg Chaat is now ready for serving.

Water and bottle gourd should be combined. For 4 minutes, cook with a cover over a medium burner. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and thoroughly stir in the cooked bottle gourd. Serve cold after being refrigerated for at least one hour.
