Infused Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 1-2 droppers of a THC or CBD tincture
  • Dash of salt
  • Whipped cream
  • Mini marshmallows

Directions

  • Add sugar, cocoa powder, and water to a small saucepan, stirring until sugar and cocoa dissolves.
  • Add milk, cannabis oil, and salt. Heat and stir until steaming, not boiling.
  • Pour into a mug and finish with whipped cream and mini marshmallows.

Infused Cheese Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1/3 pound gruyere cheese
  • 1/3 pound fontina
  • 1/3 pound gouda
  • 1/4 cup cannabis oil, THC or CBD
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp brandy
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Grate the cheeses, then combine with cornstarch in a bowl.
  2. Add the wine, garlic, and lemon juice to a large pot or fondue pot and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat.
  3. Stir and slowly add grated cheese until it reaches one thick consistency.
  4. Stir in the brandy, mustard, and cannabis oil.
  5. Get your favorite bread or vegetables and enjoy your infused fondue for two.

Infused Salted Caramel Brownies

Ingredients

Caramel:

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt

Brownies:

  • 1 1/2 cups unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons cannabutter
  • 10 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

Caramel:

  1. Combine sugar and water over medium heat, stirring until it appears darker in color with a caramel consistency.
  2. Add the cream, regular butter, and sea salt.
  3. Place the caramel in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours until thick.

Brownies:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and 2 tablespoons cannabutter in a heatproof medium bowl, then place the bowl in a pot of simmering water (double boiler).
  3. Add the chocolate, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt, stirring until combined. Remove the bowl from the heat and add the eggs.
  4. Add the flour and stir until combined, don’t over-mix.
  5. Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and bake the brownies for 40 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool once finished.
  6. Cut into rectangles, spread the caramel over each brownie, and enjoy.
