While omelette is mostly enjoyed for breakfast, a frittata can also be enjoyed for dinner as well and serves 2-3 people as it's loaded with various veggies. If compared between the two, a frittata is said to be healthier than an omelette as fibrous veggies are added to it, which can also help in the weight loss process. (Images: istock)
