Well, if you too love Halwas, then here are 5 delicious and interesting Halwa recipes made with seasonal veggies and fruits, which you too can prepare at home and relish with family and friends

This sweet and healthy Halwa recipe is made by soaking 1 cup dried anjeer(figs) in 1 ½ cup warm milk. Make a thick paste and keep aside. Take a pan and ghee, add in mixed nuts and dry fruits, toss them well and transfer to a plate. Next, to the same pan, add in the anjeer paste along with cardamom powder, dry fruits and nuts and keep cooking. Once the ghee starts separating, turn off the flame and serve warm.

This delicious Halwa recipe is made by boiling and mashing the sweet potatoes. Heat a pan and add in ghee and toss nuts, dry fruits. To the same pan, add in mashed sweet potato followed by powdered sugar, full fat milk, cardamom powder, saffron strands, keep cooking the halwa till it turns brownish in colour.
