Most people have a busy schedule in the morning and on some days, it looks like a roller-coaster ride to prepare breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day and we are sure no one wants a breakfast that’s less nutritious. Thus, we bring you 7 nutritious recipes that can be made in just 2-minutes and are quite delicious. Do take a look at these recipes and let us know which one is your favourite. Take 2 bread slices of your choice and lightly toast them. Once done, take one slice and add cream or malai over it and spread it nicely. Cut a banana in half and slice them thinly, and put them on top of the malai. Follow it up with some muesli/granola and enjoy. To make this breakfast recipe, take a cup of low-fat strawberry yoghurt and add it to a breakfast bowl. Layer 2-3 tbsp of low-fat granola, 1 medium banana (cut in round slices), and 2-4 strawberries (halved). Sprinkle a little brown sugar on top and enjoy this 2-minute breakfast.

This dish is super easy and healthy that can be made in a jiffy. All you need to do is take a hot dog bun and lightly toast it. This is one of the easiest recipes for which you need 2 toasted bread slices and peanut butter. Take a toasted bread slice and spread peanut butter evenly, cover with the other slice and enjoy!

Take a cup of chilled milk and add it to a breakfast bowl. Add 1/4 cup of muesli to it and keep aside for 2-minutes. Enjoy afterwards! This breakfast bowl has all the goodness of nuts, seeds, and even honey so, you might not need to add anything else to it. However, based on your taste buds, you can add fruits to it.

Did you know, that this egg recipe can be made in 2 minutes? Well, all you need is to put a non-stick pan on medium flame and let it heat. Crack open the egg in it and let it fry on one side, which only takes a few seconds. Once done, take a bread slice, spread some butter on it and arrange the sunny side up. Enjoy with a glass of orange juice.

08/8Cheesy Scrambled Eggs in a Mug

To make this mouth-watering dish, whisk together 2 eggs and 2 tbsp milk. Pour this egg-milk mixture into a mug and microwave for 45 seconds. Stir it up a bit, then put it back in the microwave for another 30 seconds or so. Add a little grated mozzarella cheese on top with some salt and pepper to taste, and scramble it up to allow the cheese to melt a bit. Enjoy this one mug dish.
