2. Almond flour gingerbread cookies
Ingredients
• Two cups of almond flour
• One-fourth cup of molasses
• 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
• A teaspoon of ground ginger
• A teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• Half teaspoon of baking soda
Method
• Combine almond flour, molasses, coconut oil, ginger, cinnamon and baking soda.
• Roll dough into balls, flatten, and place them on a baking sheet.
• Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for eight to 10 minutes.
