To make this healthy, fibre and potassium rich salad, take 1 cup non-fat yogurt in a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup dates, 1/2 cup raisins, and some banana. Mix well and top it with some potassium-rich berries, pear, and oranges. Serve. (Image: istock)
