Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or vegan chocolate chips (optional)
Here's how to make it:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. (If you have time, refrigerate about 30 minutes, which makes rolling easier.)
