Then we have some quick snack ideas that you can prepare in a jiffy and enjoy with your loved ones. These under 15 minutes snacks can be made and served anytime. This simple recipe will satiate your love for sweets and binging snacks. To make this dry roast the nuts like almond, cashews, peanuts. In the meantime, take a pan, melt some unsalted butter along with chocochips and stevia, whisk the mixture, add some milk to give a rich texture. Once the mixture is thick, add in the nuts. Line them on a parchment paper by picking them up one by one. Refrigerate and enjoy.
This snack is super healthy and can be made in a few minutes. Wash the celery sticks, scrape out the seeds. Next, take a bowl and mix fresh cream, grated mozzarella cheese, mixed herbs, white pepper, chili flakes and some coriander leaves, whisk and add the stuffing to the sticks. Grill for 2 minutes and serve.
To make this quick and easy snack, just soak chickpeas overnight and boil them. Heat a pan and add in some oil, add some cumin seeds, red whole chilies, onion, green chilies, ginger grated and garlic cloves, toss the masala till it turns golden, add chickpeas along with some red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and a dash of turmeric. Saute and serve hot. Garnish with lemon slices and coriander leaves.
Cashews are a staple in Diwali, but this recipe will make them taste more delightful. Take a pan and add some ghee, once the ghee is hot add in cumin seeds, asafoetida, red chili powder, salt, black pepper, a pinch of turmeric, cook the masala, then add in cashews. Toss till they turn golden and garnish with crushed kasuri methi to add a flavour.
If you are new to cooking, then this dish will be a saviour. Wash corns cut them into 3 parts. In the meantime, heat a grill and place the corn pieces on it. Make a mix of melted butter, spiced pepper, salt, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano and chili flakes. Keep basting this on the corn cobs and serve hot! You can also boil the corn and then coat them with this mixture and serve.
To make this quick chaat you can either use roasted peanuts or soaked peanuts. To make this take a large bowl, add chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chilies, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt, pepper and red chili powder, mix it all nicely. Add in roasted peanuts, toss the mixture and serve with some beverage.
