Pamela Anderson, best known for her role on Baywatch and her advocacy work, has taken a new step in her creative journey with the release of her cookbook I LOVE YOU: Recipes From the Heart. The book, which was originally intended as a gift for her two sons, Brandon and Dylan, has evolved into a thoughtful collection of 80 recipes meant to “nourish the soul.”

As a lifelong cook and passionate gardener, Anderson has always been dedicated to healthy, plant-based living. In I LOVE YOU, she combines her love for cooking with her deep connection to nature, offering dishes that reflect her personal philosophy of nourishment, sustainability, and self-care. The book is filled with stories about her life, her sons, and her garden, giving readers an intimate glimpse into her kitchen.

Recently, Anderson appeared on Good Morning America to share two standout recipes from her new book: harvest veggie pot pies and a spicy sourdough gingerbread Guinness cake. Both recipes showcase her unique take on plant-based cooking, mixing simplicity with flavorful ingredients.

The harvest veggie pot pies, which can be made conveniently in muffin tins, have become one of Anderson’s favorites. As she explains in the book, “I like these pies because they’re individual and easy to prepare in a muffin tin – small enough to be handled. With young kids, you feel like you’re always throwing something in their hands as they run out the door. I like to add some yummy rubbed sage gravy to mine as I sit alone at my kitchen table…taking a breath.” This personal touch adds warmth to the recipe, which features hearty butternut squash, fresh cranberries, and sage-infused gravy, all encased in a buttery, plant-based dough.

The recipe not only highlights the benefits of plant-based ingredients but also the practical side of Anderson’s cooking—easy, manageable meals that bring comfort and nourishment to everyday life. With her commitment to healthy, wholesome eating, Anderson’s cookbook is a reflection of the values she has long promoted, both on and off-screen.

Anderson’s love of gardening and the environment shines through each page, with dishes designed to inspire home cooks to embrace fresh, natural ingredients. Whether readers are seasoned plant-based eaters or simply curious about incorporating more vegetables into their diets, I LOVE YOU: Recipes From the Heart provides a range of ideas, from quick weekday meals to more elaborate dishes for special occasions.

Beyond just recipes, the book serves as a celebration of food, family, and the simple pleasures of life. Anderson’s dedication to her sons and her desire to nourish them with wholesome, home-cooked meals resonates with anyone who values cooking as a way of showing love and care.
