Have you tried any of the recipes shown in With Love, Meghan on Netflix? From one-pot pasta to flavourful sauces, you can try many easy recipes and prepare a delicious meal.

Easy Recipes From Meghan Markle's Cooking Show On Netflix

Have you been watching ‘With Love, Meghan’ on Netflix? If not, you must have at least seen people reviewing it on Instagram and YouTube reels. From fashion writers to food bloggers, everyone has something to say about the show. For those who are unaware, the Duchess of Sussex takes people on a ride of hosting her friends.

She extracts natural honey, picks her berries and chillies, and cooks slurp-worthy delicacies for her friends and loved ones. Although it’s not her real kitchen, the Duchess of Sussex's cooking delicacies are as real as they can get. From having a high-tea party with Mindy Kaling to teaching her friend Abigail Spencer to cook, the show is currently trending everywhere.

One thing is for sure Meghan loves to cook, and she knows her way around the kitchen. Slurrp has curated some of the easiest recipes on the show. You can follow them to craft an easy but wholesome meal for yourself and your loved ones.

Single-Skillet Spaghetti

In the first episode, Meghan’s friend and makeup artist Daniel Martin knocked on her doors. The Duchess of Sussex prepared single-skillet spaghetti. It is one of those dishes that you can prepare on a busy weekday and save some for lunch the next day. Add cherry tomatoes, spaghetti, garlic, finely chopped stems of leafy greens, and water. Cook the ingredients along with seasonings. Towards the end, add roughly chopped greens into the pan and add grated cheese. Serve this pasta with a garnish of basil leaves.

Frittata

When Mindy Kaling came for the second episode, Meghan Markle cooked one-pot frittata for her. It is a dish that can be prepared in less than 30 minutes, not to mention it is loaded with protein and the goodness of eggs and vegetables. The Duchess first sauteed her favourite vegetables including zucchini and tomatoes. She poured a blend of whisked eggs, and when the mixture started to harden, she added grated cheese and baked the dish. It can be served for brunch.

Baked Fish

In the fifth episode, Meghan invited her friends - Kelly Zajefn and Abigail Spencer. This time, she decided what to cook, but instead of cooking it, she asked her friends to help out and shared the recipe with them. She bought fish from the market and refrigerated them. Later, she laid them on a bed of salt and water, stuffed them with lemon slices, thyme, garlic, and a few more fresh herbs, and covered them with the salt and water blend. After baking, she enjoyed the recipe with her friends for a breezy lunch date.

Rigatoni Pasta

Meghan’s polo friend Delfina Figueras graced the sets of her show in the fourth episode. She cooked quite a few dishes in that one episode but the easiest one was rigatoni pasta. While the shells were added to a pan of boiling water, she and her friend sauteed vegetables like peas, onions, stems of leafy greens, and seasonings. She later tossed pasta with olive oil and mixed it with the sauteed vegetables. This dish will also take not more than 20 minutes.

Pickles And Sauces

For every home chef, their favourite episode has to be the third one when Chef Roy Choy came on the show. He came into Meghan’s kitchen and showed her how to prepare different kinds of sauces in under 5 minutes. One sauce was a blend of ginger, sesame oil, a little soy sauce, and chopped fresh herbs. For another sauce, Chef Choy asked Meghan to blend spices, onions, ginger, garlic, coriander, basil, and red Korean sauces together. He also taught her to pickle radish, cucumber, and strawberries along with making a quick kimchi.
