With the holidays right around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about what you might want to indulge in for that festive dinner. Potatoes, cranberry sauce, green beans, stuffing, and sweet potatoes all make the cut, but what about your protein?
You might opt for a store-bought tofurkey or make your own vegan ham. However, there is nothing quite like a delicious and classic nut loaf to fill you up during that button-popping meal.
One Green Planet has a bunch of great nut roast and loaf recipes for you to play with and enjoy this holiday. Your meat-eating guests will be equally as satisfied with the plant-based change.
1. Lentil Loaf
This is a crowd-pleaser of a recipe that has very little prep time. That way, you’ll have more time to spend with the family on Thanksgiving day and less time in the kitchen.
