Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Cookbook!

We’ve tried lots of Disney recipes at home, and not just ones from their cookbooks. Disney sometimes releases recipes online, like the Aladdin fruit smoothie and Big Hero 6 hot wings we’ve seen in the past. If you’re a fan of fancier dishes, specifically ratatouille, you’ll love the newest recipe Pixar released!

That’s right, it’s ratatouille! So let’s make it together, shall we?

Ratatouille Fountain

Time to start with our ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggplants
  • 3 big tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Mixed herbs
  • 2 cloves pressed garlic
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Now to make it come to life.

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure

Instructions

1. Wash and slice your zucchinis, eggplants, bell peppers, and tomatoes, and then slice the onions.

2. Arrange the sliced vegetables in a single layer in an oven-safe dish in an alternating pattern.

3. Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and season with mixed herbs, salt, and pepper according to your taste.

4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the time, add your two cloves of pressed garlic.
