Ingredients: 2 eggs, splash of milk and diced vegetables of your choice such as mushrooms, peppers, onions, and spinach.Method: Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl. Now, heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour the egg mixture. In a few seconds, add the diced vegetables. Cook until the eggs are set and then fold the omelet in half. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 slice of whole grain bread, 1/2 an avocado, a few cherry tomatoes and a pinch of salt.Method: Toast a slice of whole grain bread. Next, mash half an avocado with a fork.
