1. Sweet and Salty Peanut Mousse
Silken tofu has all the attributes to give any dessert that silky texture. If you are a peanut butter lover, you will enjoy this Sweet and Salty Peanut Mousse by Llyod Rose. 2. Spicy Peanut Noodles
We’ve been obsessed with knife-cut noodles ever since being introduced to them through social media. Maybe you’ve seen videos of chefs effortlessly slicing noodles off a big block of dough directly into a pot of boiling water. These Spicy Peanut Noodles by Tiffani Thompson and Larone Thompson are prized for their texture, which is chewy but soft. When shopping for them in markets or online, look for dao xiao mian, knife-cut noodles or knife-shaved noodles. Adding peanut butter to this noodle recipe results in a dish that is creamy, crispy, tangy and spicy. In this case, the chili crisp is not optional! If you want to dial up the heat even more, swap the regular sesame oil for sesame chili oil.
3. Salad with Beetroot Burger Patties
This Salad with Beetroot Burger Patties by Alchemy Eats is a light and healthy summer salad with delicious homemade beetroot burger patties. Mixed with black beans, oats, and a few spices they make a great low ingredient but easy to make burger patty recipe. The best part about the burger patties is that you can change the flavor to suit your taste!
4. Green Thai Curry Paste
This Green Thai Curry Paste by Julie Zimmer is made with fresh chilies, herbs and roots. Traditionally, a dozen or more green chili peppers, along with other raw ingredients, are hand pounded with a mortar and pestle until a paste is formed. The green peppers, usually regular chili or bird’s eye Thai chili or a mix of both, give the paste its green colour.
5. Biscoff Crumb Cookie Dough Fudge
Vegan, healthy, and gluten-free but most importantly delicious! This Biscoff Crumb Cookie Dough Fudge by Vicky Coates is full of rich chocolate and peanut butter fudge filled with chunks of chocolate and topped with crumbly Biscoff biscuit… dessert heaven!
6. Lentil Dumplings: Savory Indian Donuts
These Lentil Dumplings: Savory Indian Donuts by Anupa Joseph are a delicious and satisfying Indian dish, infused with aromatic spices and tons of flavor. Adding the rice flour to the mixture helps to make them crispy.
7. Spicy Curried Potato Dumplings
Potato balls in spicy curry sauce are hearty, spicy and aromatic. If you like the Indian cuisine, you will love this dish! The potato balls mainly consist of boiled potatoes and yellow lentils (red also work naturally). The easy-to-prepare red curry sauce gives this Spicy Curried Potato Dumplings by Deniz Kilic a very nice sharpness.
8. Creamy Dumpling and Butter Bean Stew
This warming stew has an incredible amount of flavor, texture, and richness. The soft and fluffy dumplings in this Creamy Dumpling and Butter Bean Stew by Maria Gureeva are a unique twist and practically melt in your mouth. They were inspired by a dumpling soup my grandma always made for me. Garnish the finished stew with a fresh herb of your choice, such as dill or basil, and you certainly will not be disappointed.
