Either way, there are so many deliciously unique recipes on TikTok that can be made on the grill. Here are five recipes from TikTok that are sure to make you the undisputed grill master this summer!

Never heard of “armadillo eggs?” You’re missing out! This epic Texan delicacy is made with bacon, sausage, cheese and spicy jalapeños. Start by slicing and deseeding fresh jalapeños. Then, in a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese and barbecue rub. Next, stuff the cream cheese mixture into the hollowed-out jalapeños. Once they’re stuffed, lay out flat patties of ground breakfast sausage and wrap them around the jalapeños. Wrap the “eggs” in bacon. Then season them with more barbecue rub, and grill them up!

These loaded carne asada fries are so over-the-top! To make them, marinate carne asada steak in beer, oil, taco seasoning, fresh orange juice, fresh lemon juice, jalapeños and onions. Grill up the carne asada, and make fresh guacamole by mixing mashed avocados, lemon juice, salt, tomatoes, onions, jalapeños and cilantro. Cook up some frozen French fries. Then top them with the chopped carne asada, shredded cheese, salsa, guacamole and sour cream. Garnish with a bit of cilantro, and dig in!

For extra points, try this braided chimichurri flank recipe! To make it, simply cut a flank steak into three long strips. Braid the flank steak together, using toothpicks to keep the ends attached. Season the steak with salt and pepper, and grill them up. Make a chimichurri sauce by mixing chimichurri seasoning, red wine, olive oil and pepper. Drizzle the chimichurri sauce over the steak, let it rest for 10 minutes, and enjoy!

Did you know that grilling your ingredients can give them an amazing smoky flavor? Step up your guacamole by throwing it on the grill! Just grill up some halved , halved limes, chopped onions and whole jalapeños. Mash up the avocados, and chop the jalapeños. Then mix everything together. Garnish the guacamole with a bit of cilantro, and take a bite!

If you’re looking to get really creative, why not try grilling up some oysters? To make these grilled oysters, start by shucking them. Then mix softened with minced , parsley, salt, pepper, lemon juice and lemon zest. Place the oysters on the grill. Then add a dollop of the butter mixture to each one. Once the oysters are cooked, add a bit of hot sauce, and enjoy!
