Ingredients:
•2 tsp matcha powder
•4 strawberries
•1/2 milk of choice
•1/2 -1 tsp sweetener (maple)
•Lots of ice
• 2-3 tbsp hot water (80c)
Method
- In bowl add matcha along with hot water and whisk it with a bamboo whisk or regular whisk until it dissolves and becomes frothy
- Chop the strawberries and add them to a cup
- Add in your sweetener to the strawberries and muddle them together
- Top it up with ice , milk and matcha
- Stir it and Enjoy!

Ingredients:
For the Strawberry Gelatin (Bottom & Top Layers)
- Gelatin Powder – 10 g (0.01 kg)
- Fresh Strawberries – 100 g (puree)
- Sugar – 10 g
- Water – 50 ml
- For the Panna Cotta (Middle Layer)
- Milk – 100 ml
- Vanilla Essence – 3 ml
- Caster Sugar – 20 g
- Amul Cream – 62.6 g
- For Garnish
- Fresh Strawberries – 20 g (sliced)
- Green Crumble – 1 g
Method:
Step 1: Prepare the Strawberry Gelatin Mixture (Used for Bottom & Top Layers)
Step 2: Blend the Strawberries:
- Puree 100 g of fresh strawberries until smooth.
Step 3: Dissolve the Gelatin:
- Heat 50 ml of water until warm (not boiling).
- Stir in 10 g of plain gelatin powder and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Mix in 10 g of sugar and stir until dissolved.
Step 4: Combine & Mix:
- Add the strawberry puree to the dissolved gelatin and stir well.
- Keep aside for molding.
Step 5: Molding the Layers
- Bottom Strawberry Gelatin Layer
- Pour half of the prepared strawberry gelatin mixture into the serving mold/glass.
- Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes until set.
Middle Panna Cotta Layer
- Heat the Milk & Cream:
- In a saucepan, heat milk, cream, caster sugar, and vanilla essence over low heat.
- Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves (do not boil).
- Pour over the set gelatin layer and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Top Strawberry Gelatin Layer
- Once the panna cotta is set, pour the remaining strawberry gelatin mixture over it.
Refrigerate for another 1-2 hours until fully set
Final Touches Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and green crumble. Serve chilled
and enjoy!
