Speed is key in New World, especially with so many weapon builds which rely on Dexterity. Amping up this Attribute can improve your chance to get critical hits, more thrust damage, and decrease stamina usage from dodges. High Dexterity can even improve the speed of your Skinning skill.

More often than not, the brunt of your Dexterity points will come from either putting your points into that attribute or from equipping armor and tools embued with Dexterity buffs. Another great way to boost your Dexterity for the short term is to consume these crafted recipes with Dexterity buffs.

Roasted Wolf Loin

Nothing like a good roast to get you moving. This recipe requires a Cooking Skill level of 40, but is otherwise fairly straightforward to make.

You will need to gather Tender Wolf Loin, String Bean, Broccoli, Carrot, Mushroom, and Thyme. Slap this together in a Tier 4 Kitchen, and you will have yourself a recipe that increases your Dexterity by 18 and your Intelligence by 12 for a whole 35 minutes.

French Toast

Breakfast for dinner anyone? For a boost of 18 Dexterity and 12 Strength for 35 minutes, French Toast is a great recipe to have on hand.

It requires Bread, Egg, Milk, Cinnamon, Honey, and Butter to craft it, with a Cooking Level of at least 40. Recipes that buff both your Dexterity and Strength are good for weapons such as the Hatchet, which scales its damage off of both Attribute points.

Filet With Mint and Cracked Barley

You probably have never heard of "cracked barley" before, but all you need to know is that it is the side to a dish with a good heaping of Dexterity. Filet with Mint and Cracked Barley can be made at any Tier 4 Kitchen with a Cooking Level of 40.

Ingredients include Prime Red Meat, Barley, Water, Mint, Salt, and Peppercorn. Consuming this gourmet treat gives a boost of 18 Dexterity and 12 Constitution for 35 minutes.

Honeyed Melon

We can only assume that this is New World's version of candy, but Honeyed Melon is more than just a sweet treat. It will grant an increase in your Dexterity by 20 for 30 minutes after being crafted at a Tier 3 Kitchen or above.

This recipe only requires a Cooking Skill of 20 or above, and it needs a Melon, Honey, Sugar, Mint, and Ginger to craft it. Altogether, it is one of the easier Dexterity recipes to cook with a nice middle-of-road boost.

Carbonara

Take this Italian classic with you on the road for a boost of 24 Dexterity and 16 Focus for a whole 40 minutes. This recipe requires Pasta (which needs Flour and Egg to craft), Pork Belly, Salt, Cheese, Egg, Peppercorn, and Cooking Oil.

Only the finest chef can attempt a perfect Carbonara, as this cooking recipe not only requires Level 60 Cooking Skill, but also a Tier 5 Kitchen in order to craft it. This is an excellent recipe to consume if you are rocking a support build.

Poacher's Pie

This delicious rabbit meat pie requires Level 60 Cooking Skill in a Tier 5 Kitchen in order to craft it, but with the correct expertise, it will give you a boost in Dexterity of 24 and 16 Intelligence for up to 40 minutes long.

For ingredients, you will need to gather Sumptuous Rabbit, Carrot, Onion, Egg, Flour, Cooking Oil, and Seasoning Blend. Sumptuous Rabbit is a Rare Tier 5 drop obtained from skinning any of the breeds of Rabbits across Aeternum, more easily obtained with a higher Skinning Luck stat.

Fall Harvest Turkey

Most people tend to feel a little sluggish after a big Turkey Day feast, but in New World, consuming a whole Fall Harvest Turkey will give you 24 Dexterity and 16 Strength for 40 minutes.

Not just anyone can attempt making this turkey, as it must be prepared in a Tier 5 Kitchen and a Cooking Skill of 60. At your disposal, you will need a Poultry Thigh, Cranberry, Potatoes, Carrot, Parsley, Sage, and Thyme.

Rabbit's Stew

In New World you can whip up a Rabbit Stew even Samwise Gamgee would be proud of. Plus 24 Dexterity and 16 Constitution for a whole 40 minutes isn't too bad on its own.

This recipe takes some expertise, with a Level 60 Cooking requirement and a Tier 5 Kitchen needed to put it together. It takes a whole slew of ingredients including Sumptuous Rabbit, Carrot, PO-TAE-TOE, Onion, Thyme, Rosemary, and Sage.

Seafood Bisque

Not only does this recipe boost your Dexterity by 30 for up to 35 minutes, but it only requires Cooking Level 40 in a Tier 4 Kitchen to cook it up, making Seafood Bisque one of the best and most accessible Dexterity recipes in New World.

It also does not take any rare or uncommon ingredients, instead only needing Oyster Bait, Milk, Salt, Garlic, Rosemary, and Paprika to throw this complex dish together.

Fried Albenaja

A legendary recipe worthy of a legendary fish. If you can get your hands on an Albenaja, only fished from Salt Water areas of First Light, you can craft a cooking recipe with a boost of 40 Dexterity for 40 minutes.

You will need to have grinded to Level 60 Cooking and use a Tier 5 Kitchen to start out with. For ingredients, gather the legendary Albenaja, Cooking Oil, Seasoning Blend, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Flour, and Egg.
