Ingredients

  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese or yellow cheddar cheese (or a combination)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

White Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk

  1. Cook the cabbage in boiling, salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain well and return to pot. Add the butter and season with salt and pepper.
