Ingredients required- 1 cup roasted peanuts, ½ cup jaggery and 2 tbsp desiccated coconut.

Method

  • Add the roasted peanuts to a grinder and grind them. Grind in intervals until all the peanuts are crushed properly and they start leaving out a little bit of oil. This will help in binding the laddoos without using any extra ghee. Take them out in a bowl.
  • Now add jaggery pieces to the blend and blend them as well. Once crushed properly, add it to the crushed peanuts.
  • Lastly, add 2 tbsp coconut powder and mix well with your hands.
  • Now take some of the mixture in your hand and make small balls by pressing them gently. In the beginning, it might look like that the mixture won't hold shape but keep pressing it till you get a firm laddoo.
  • Make more such laddoos from the mixture and serve. (image credits- istock)

Ingredients required- 500 grams grated coconut, 400 grams condensed milk and 1 tbsp ghee.

Method

  • Take a bowl and add grated coconut to it. Add 1 tbsp ghee and give a mix.
  • Now add condensed milk in batches and give a mix.
  • Don’t add all the condensed milk at once, because if the mixture becomes sticky then you will not be able to make laddoos.
  • Once the mixture attains a thick consistency, pinch out small balls from it, roll them between your hands and make laddoos.
  • Roll these laddoos in some powdered coconut and serve. (image credits- istock)

  • Take out the mixture in a bowl and let it cool down a bit. Now add sugar and mix well to form the final mixture.
