35 BEST Korean Recipes

This great collection of tasty and easy Korean Recipes will satisfy your cravings without a trip to the restaurant! Try these flavorful marinated eggs:

Ingredients

  • 5 soft boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup honey or sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 3-4 scallions, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp ginger, chopped
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 red chili, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix in all the ingredients of the marinade in a bowl.
  2. Peel the eggs and put them in a container (that has a lid to cover). Pour the marinade over the eggs. Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight.
  3. You can turn the eggs in marinade in 4-5 hours so they get even color all over.
  4. Mayak eggs are ready to eat next morning.
