Fueling the body for golf is essential to peak performance. Eating the appropriate nutrients needed to fuel your round, keep you energized during your round, and recover following the round. That can be the difference between success and failure.

With the start of the 2022 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, we got to thinking about how we could utilize some of KitchenAid’s top products to help you prepare some delicious energy snacks to grab-and-go the next time you’re heading to the course.
