These low-carb mini meatloaves are perfect for both picky eaters and parents on a low-carb diet. To make them, mix oats, milk and salt in a bowl, and let it sit until the oats soften. Then mix in low-fat shredded cheese, eggs and ground venison or turkey. Form the ground meat into patties, and top with a mixture of mustard and ketchup. Air-fry the patties at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes and dig in!
This simple casserole is inexpensive, quick to make and so hearty! Simply pour rice into a baking pan. Then top with chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup. Next, add salt and pepper, broccoli and cooked chicken. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes.
Tofu and mushrooms might not seem like kid-friendly ingredients, but the creator of this recipe swears her toddler loved it! To make it, cook rice in bone broth and whisked eggs. Meanwhile, cook broccoli, mushrooms and tofu in mushroom broth. When the vegetables and tofu are cooked through, combine them with the rice and serve.
