There are so many ways to take care of your skin and the way you care for it in the summer versus the winter will differ. Knowing what your skin needs is part of taking care of it. Another part is knowing how to fuel your body to help your skin be the best it can be! That can be difficult in winter, so take special care and adjust these meals as you see fit.
