Sometimes you have to whip up something last minute and you’re not sure what to bring or make. Start here! Choosing a food that is both easy to make, can feed a crowd, and plant-based sounds like a challenge, but this guide breaks it down for you! If you’re pressed for time, these meals can be thrown together the day of or whipped up in your kitchen mostly using pantry staples. This, of course, depends on your pantry, as a few of these recipes include more specialty items like cashews, nutritional yeast, or miso.
