-4 cups vegetable broth
-2 tbsp soy sauce
-2 tbsp rice vinegar
-2 tsp sesame oil
-1/4 tsp white pepper
-2 eggs, lightly beaten
-1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
-2 green onions, sliced
-1 tbsp chopped cilantro

In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil. Take a small bowl and mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and white pepper. Slowly pour the egg into the boiling broth, stirring gently to create ribbons of egg. Continue to cook until the soup thickens. Next, add the mushrooms, and green onions and cook for a few more minutes. Remove from heat and add the cilantro.
