Ingredients you need: 3/4 peanut butter, 1/3 honey, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 2 cups rolled oats, 1/2 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder, 3 tablespoon flaxseed, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and salt to taste.

Begin this healthy recipe by combining peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil in a bowl. Now boil water in a saucepan and place this bowl over it to melt all the ingredients together. Mix the ingredients well together. Remove the bowl from the saucepan. Now add oats, protein powder, flaxseed, cinnamon powder, and salt in it. Stir the mixture well and let it cool down. Pour the mixture in a baking pan with parchment paper. Spread it thick and then put it inside the refrigerator. Once set, cut it into small bars and enjoy.

Ingredients you need:1 cup whipping cream, 1/4 cup rose water, 1 tsp chopped almonds, 1 tsp chopped cashews,1 tsp raisins, and 2 cup chopped mixed fruits such as strawberries, bananas, papaya, grapes and pomegranate.
