02/6Making boiled eggs fun

Boiled eggs are one of the easiest egg recipes to prepare. These are high in protein and low in calories. However, if you find them boring, you can do some experimenting by sprinkling some finely chopped spring onions, coriander leaves, oregano and red chilli flakes.

You can also make devilled eggs. For this, cut the eggs into two parts, scoop the yolk out and then mash it by adding some milk, paneer, and spices. Now stuff this yummy yolk-mixture back inside the egg whites well. Enjoy!

03/6Creamy-textured poached eggs

Poached eggs are a great way to include oil-free eggs in your diet, if you enjoy a runny yolk. It may take some practice to poach an egg, but once you get a hang, you can prep them in just 5 minutes. You might not feel as satisfied with a single poached egg, so you may include two of them along with a slice of brown or multigrain bread for a wholesome breakfast.

To poach an egg, crack it open in a small bowl without breaking the yolk. Boil some water and add some salt and vinegar in it. Now, toss the egg in the water. In a few minutes, the egg would poach and float at the top, in a cloud-like form. Scoop it out of water and serve immediately.
