Paneer Bhurji is essentially scrambled paneer with onions and tomatoes. For this easy recipe, finely chop some onions, tomatoes and green chillies. Add some oil in the pan and cook the veggies. After a few minutes, add salt, black pepper, dhaniya powder , red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder and garam masala. Stir well. Add paneer in this masala and mix properly. Add half cup of water and let it reduce for a few minutes. Once ready, serve garnished with coriander leaves.

Paneer Besan Chilla is a light and healthy paneer dish that can be eaten for breakfast or as an evening snack. Besan prevents insulin spike, regulates blood sugar and energy levels. It also makes you feel full for a long time. To prepare this dish, first make a besan batter by mixing the powder with some water. Add spices -- salt, red chilli powder and black pepper. You can add chopped tomatoes or onions if you want. Now add some oil to a pan and pour some batter. Once it starts cooking a bit, add lots of scrambled paneer on the top. You can top it with some spices if you want. Cook from both sides, fold it like a taco and serve hot with green chutney.

Roll the chapati, cook it for 1 minute and serve hot with mint dip.
